Once upon a time I was a little girl named Beth.  I wrote hundreds of 'Chapter Ones' in spiral notepads. 

 

I grew up to become Liz and study writing at university before getting consumed by a career in international development.

Today I live in East Africa, spend much of my time travelling, and many of my favourite people are usually in different timezones.
